WTF Is Gose? – 4.4%

Not That California

Gose is a tart and salty German wheat beer, traditionally brewed with coriander and salt, known for its refreshing sour profile. This once nearly-extinct style has seen a resurgence in popularity, especially among craft brewers who enjoy its unique flavour and potential for creative variations. This gose has an orange flavour and aroma. Vegan friendly.

On The Trail – 4%

Carnival

A Czech-inspired Pilsner brewed using lager malt, a touch of wheat and some caramalt, and a few handfuls of a lovely hop called Polaris which gives its signature bitterness. Then we cool ferment and ‘lager’ at low temperatures for a few weeks until its ready. Light amber in hue, clear with a lovely foamy head, it’s a great alternative lager if you fancy trying something that isn’t one of the usual brands. Vegan friendly.

Chocolate Orange Moose – 4.5%

A twist on our session stout, this special edition packed with the comforting flavours of chocolate and orange. Light, velvet smooth and bittersweet – and you don’t even need to smash it off the floor to open it. Vegan friendly.

An English brown ale. A well-balanced and nuanced brown ale exhibiting a deep chestnut complexion. A rich malt profile dries out nicely to present a subtle nose of sweet stone fruit with spice and wood notes. Hops: Zappa and Harlequin.

Sheepmarket Supernova – 3.8%

Stoney Ford

A pale straw summer ale bursting with flavour and fizz, light and thirst quenching with a hint of floral, cedar, grapefruit and peach. Brewed with pale malt plus a little amber. Hops: Challenger, Boadicea and Pioneer.

Our first foray into American hops, produced an extra pale, zesty little number. Hopped with predominantly Cashmere and Cascade hops.
